And that is a real problem, they are now a "legitimate" protest vote, people are sick of Labour, the Tories have no real credible policies and the Liberal Democrats couldn't be trusted to run your local Parish Council, let alone the contry.

I was really glad when I saw cod'ead had posted the link, I'd read it before (all of it) to give me opinions some basis when I had a long debate with a group of people about the BNP but reading it again just makes you laugh, I am no fan of any political party, but this lot really are not an option, at ANY level.

Don't agree with this. They are not a legitimate protest vote unless you're a racist. If you want to give the three main parties the finger you could vote Green, Miss UK or Monster Raving Loony if you want to. If you vote BNP you are doing so for one reason and one reason only - because you are knuckle-dragging scum.

I'm not sure stupidity is an adequate excuse. I've had a BNP leaflet through my door and it was laughably transparent. It might as well have said "Vote BNP or get raped and killed in your own bed by a knife-wielding darky". You'd have to be beyond stupid not to know what they stand for at least.

The BNP's European Election leaflet was outed as being a complete fraud (as is the party itself, of course). The pictures of an elderly couple, three blue collar workers and a doctor were taken from an international photo agency and nobody featured on the leaflet were even British.

I went to Questiontime in Hull last Thursday - You ask a question by Email when receiving your invitation - and when you go in on the night are invited to fill in a card with another 'topical question' not a chance of a controversial question to begin with. Of course you can put your hand up and hope that DD spots you but if your Topic is not one of the Topics of the night you aint got a chance. That said by God am I looking forward to Thusday Mr Griffin will certainly be the 'Topic' Lets hope there is an audience to take him on
