That's fair enough but we all know for a fact Agar hasn't got it in him to talk to the likes of Ogre, Fitz and Long like that so it was a justified remark IMO. Besides, Wolfie sticks up for Agar on a professional level as well, that's the embarrassing part.

You might not think everything's 'hunky dory' but you do seem to place your mate Agar over the club being successful a lot of the time, I might be wrong about that and if I am I'm sorry. The comment about 'saying it his face' is bollox though, he's in a public role and it's perfectly normal to judge him on his performance and behavior.

If it's a constant occurrence, a bully and a coward. If it's a one-off from an otherwise affable bloke under a lot of pressure, a desperate man.

Most of us on here don't know the bloke and are more than just a tad influenced by our passion for the club. Of those that have had dealings with him, a recurring theme seems to be that he's a nice guy so I'd personally give him the benefit of the doubt as a person, irrespective of how I view him as a coach. I know Wolfie does sometimes say silly stuff in defence of things that Agar is blatantly at fault for, but he's in a better position than most of us to judge his character.

Agar has served up e for over 3 years and now, thanks to a change in ownership, it looks like he finally might be about to be held accountable for his failings. You though choose to focus on the implication that being asked to win the majority of our remaining games of the season is somehow harsh treatment of him, if my view of that things was that skewed I'd be embarrassed about it.

I dont want a nice guy in charge.....i want a winner and Agar isnt THAT.

We strongly suspect it, we don't know it for a fact. And also, we don't know if he makes a habit of it with the kids, we've just been told he did it on Saturday. With that being the day after senior management has just had a major change, it's very possible that he reacted in an out of character fashion.

It's very possible indeed, accountability for performance must be a big concept for him to have to get his head around after all these years. Even if it was out of character, once is enough IMO.
