I aint going to harp on about wanting Agar out as simply it aint gunna happen, however for those delluded enough to think this guy is the right man in charge to take us to the next level are sadly mistaken.

Yes the players missed tackles, dropped balls, made basic errors but it's the coach who sets the tone for our performance and frankly it was inept.....just like him (Agar), his coaching skills, style of play and tactics!

Agar's tenure is fast becoming that of John Kears.......average general performances, the odd 'up for it game / performance' amongst some outright hammerings and failure to deal with our shortcomings in attack and defence.

No surprise really. I don't think agar has ever worked under a top class coach or within a top class environment so you can't really blame him. He can only implement what he knows and what he's seen elsewhere. It's why maguire is doing so well, he's just implementing the model from melbourne into wigan
