I'd be pretty disgusted if Moa missed out. Can't remember the last time he didn't play his socks off.

I don't think this is a story - it appears to be made up from quotes at the forum the other night. For me, it will be Yeaman and Hall (although I'd like to see Whiting there just for the Saints game).

I'd rather use Ogre and Moa to really keep the pressure on down the middle an tire there pack out. We should play to our strengths and see if they can cope.

I agree. He brings that extra power to the pack which gives us an extra edge. 2 workman like props is more than enough IMO.

I also think Moa should play. He has done well in the pre season games and the side should be picked on form.

If we stay clearer of injuries than previous seasons Agar will have to start picking the right team instead of the only team at his disposal. Picking players on form, and dropping those underperforming regardless of who they are is what he should do. If he doesn't then he will lose a lot of support.

I got the impression from the forum that Berrigan will play unless he has a set back in training.

I got the impression from RA at the forum that Berrigan will not play and choosing a bench without Moa would be complete and utter madness. If we're going to beat Saints, it will be predominantly in the forwards so we should be using every bit of power and aggression that we have, especially from the bench.

What gave you that impression? It sounded like he was only having problems immediately after the injections but other than that he was fine?

Moa has impressed me in the friendlies, as far as I am concerned he has earnt his place and deserves to be included. This is what we need players giving their all and earning their places, this will make us competative, no room for sentimentality with any players if we want to seriously contend.

I think he implied Berro will play so Washy to spell him. My centre preference would be Whiting.

i agree on that, but feel he may go for the percentage option, which will also mean Washy on the bench being used as replacement hooker/13 rather than having just houghton on there

I'll be impressed if he has the balls to drop one of the three actually. I'd also go with Washy over Houghton at the moment.

Id go for Houghton Tbh

Houghton only covers one position, Washy covers more.

Just my opinion, i Prefer Houghton
