Hi mate,
I was there in the East Stand tonight, and the whole stadium even those in exec box's would of heard it, it was rather loud, and it was a large section of the east stand and parts of the south stand that was singing it.
What upsets me even more tonight, is to see fellow Hull F.C fans bickering between one another.
I had to separate a few of them, the argument was 1 p1ssed up hull f.c fan said to a few others, "how can you sit and support this utter bull, say something/do something about it, or don't f*cking turn up" it kicked off lol.
It's bad when we are against the coach, and giving the players a kick up their ass/criticizing them etc, but arguing amongst ourselves, as hull f.c fans, it's disheartening to see.
On the way back in car I put Humberside on, that guy that phoned in, who was talking about the fans having no heart now, and not even being able to sing old faithful talked a lot of sense.
It's how I feel every week now, Hull F.C are the most predictable team in superleague, play the most boring rugby, can't play for a full 80 mins, and at the end of the day, have a coach that is tactically inept, and cannot get his players to perform.
Any good coach would and should be able to get them players wearing the shirt to run through brick walls for the cause, but they just won't, and never will.
Things need to change!
Regards,
A very sad Hull fan ![Sad icon_sad.gif](//www.rlfans.com/images/smilies//icon_sad.gif)

You talk a lot of sense and sum it all up as pretty much all of us would. It's very depressing and it can only end one way, hopefully our club will then have the foresight to appoint a coach who is fit for purpose.

I won't be. It'll be easy for me to not put the already little money I have into buying diesel to travel back to Hull in two weeks after no doubt a tonking by Quins next weekend should Agar still be employed. I've simply had enough. I've never said I aren't going anymore. Now I am.
I've had enough of the Agar era I can handle.

Bit of a strange post, Paul.
What is wrong with coming home from the game and wanting to come on here to vent your spleen? It's pretty much what the forum is for.
I was home for about 10.10 and logged on so I could share my thoughts and read others' about a completely inept performance.

Indeed. That's the point of being a fan, the shared experience. I noticed last night that there were seemingly record numbers on here as well and most of us with the club's best interest at heart but achingly disappointed at being consistently let down by the failure to deliver. Let's be right, having slept on it, last night was a humiliating result and this is no disrespect to Wakefield. Some might say even Wigan get surprised by weaker teams. This would be a fair point if it happened once or twice a season. 1 from 9 is pretty clear evidence that, despite a decent, if not spectacular squad, we are pretenders. And pretenders not only to the title, to qualifying for the play-offs.
The club is at a crossroads in my opinion. The fans have been unbelievably loyal for the last few seasons, but at some point the excellent off the field performance has to translate itself to performances on the pitch. Supporting rugby league is about watching the game, with the other stuff (remaining solvent aside) a "nice to have" for the supporters. We have got it the wrong way round.and many fans whose money is tight are undertandably saying the experience of losing to a team in administration boasting, again no offence, a ragbag of other clubs' rejects, to put us ahead only of clubs with points deductions is unacceptable. I feel more depressed about it now than I did last night, simply because it's like a nightmare I can't wake up from.
Next week is a great example. Planning on going to London. It's a ballache as we both work fulltime. Thought we'd make a weekend of it, so are driving down Friday night. Taking a half day holiday to do so. 400 miles worth of petrol. 2 nights accommodation, plus food, drink, match tickets. Will do some touristy stuff on the Saturday. Because of the stupid kick-off time, won't get back until late Sunday. The point is that we're arranging our lives around it and the chances are that the match will probably be the low point of the weekend. Everyone has their tipping point and we've not reached ours yet in terms of not going, but I can fully understand those that have. Unless something is done the club will continue to erode the goodwill which, even for club apologists like myself, is eroding at an alarming rate.

These are HIS players. HE chose them. HE signed them. So he can't complain about the talent he's got because he's had enough time to shape the squad.
We've had a plethora of players come in and out the club over the last 4 seasons, and he's failed to get anything out of any of them.
Compare it to a school system with kids. Every year you get a large bunch of kids with poor behaviour and are crap at their subject. Is this every kids' fault? Or is it that the system in place isn't working and not developing them properly? Because coincidentally, when a new guy comes in at the top and puts in new systems and hires new staff, the kids respond differently and things often improve greatly.
Unfortunately, the systems in place at our club aren't good enough. Agar is not developing the players. He's not motivating them. Whatever he does is not working. And the systems in place at the club to sort out the performance side (above Agar) just aren't good enough either as this should have been sorted out by now and not left to rot. There needs to be a complete change IMO, and everyone needs to be repaying for their job on the performance side under a new chief executive and a new coach.

thanks for that - you lot do seem to be a bit of a Jeckyll & Hyde outfit,a bit like TO13 - you don't know what will happen next ! I watched your lads at Perpignan last year and they were great !
I feel sorry for the fans (who still have the highest number of season ticket holders I believe ?) who deserve better IMO
Looks like change is inevitable ?.........

| The players are good enough to at least challenge for a top 4 place, they've proved it under other coaches (and occasionally under Agar). Unfortunately, I've never seen any evidence that RA is a good enough coach: not with the squad he inherited, or the one which is 100% his. I'm sure he is trying his best, and to be honest I want him to be better than he actually is, but he's not good enough. We're now more than 20% through the regular season, and we're heading for last place. This season won't be saved by Richard Agar, he must go.
Of the potential replacements, I'd like to see Noble come in. I'm sure he would get this squad into the play-offs.

Seen far worse squads at Hull over the years and I do think the majority of the current crop put the effort in its just the baffling tactics and at times quite unbelievable interchanges which infuriate the fans.
Westerman is starting to look like a real handful in attack and is creating openings for the outside backs (who were woeful last night) something we have been crying out for for a while now so you can imagine my reaction to seeing Agar drag him off for Washy when we really needed some spark!

He's always made baffling interchanges. Thats the biggest sign for me that he's clueless. He doesn't seem to be able to read what the game needs. He seems to make interchanges based on pre-conceived plans that are poor at best.

I don't agree that there pre-conceived, nobody would go into the game thinking a sub 2 mins before or after ht is a good idea.
