Saints defense is awesome. It would take a special performance to break them down and we didn't get one. We challenged for a while but at the end of the day we lack the halfbacks to beat the champions.

Our kicking was poor througout. I don't know what the solution is to that. We need Gale to play at his best but we just haven't see it yet. I wonder what the club is thinking for next year there.

Shaul is shot at this level for me.

Wynne was giving Hurrell a torrid time for a while in the first half but for some reason the team switched the attack to the other wing.
Hurrell should have been targeted more to sap his energy as once his gas has gone he is not the same player.
Dont know who makes these decisions on the field but that was a big mistake

That was just the typical sort of performance I've come to expect from us against a top side, full of effort mixed in with ill discipline, a lack of creativity and a lack of game management. Saints plan seemed to be to rattle Wynne and it worked.

not at all its called game management.we should have seen out the tackle count then kicked deep with a chase and not give away a penalty on the first tackle

We are clearly well behind saints. Yes, I’m know we’ve managed to beat cats & Hudds in the league but the current top 4 are well ahead of the rest
ie saints wigan cats and Huddersfield too are only going to get better as the season progresses

When Radford left, I was anticipating a better attacking structure implemented from a former attacking player.

Our last play option, of the ' bomb' is pointless... might as well pass it to the opposition, they could kick along the floor, or aim the bomb towards the posts..
This is not a reaction to the loss, it's a reaction to the end result of the temporary break the team, has enjoyed, this was an opportunity to work on team cohesion, ball in hand..

Connor Wynne had a pretty torrid time but hopefully he can use it as a massive learning curve and come back bigger and better?
