You can't just go round saying we have SIGNED a 33 year old as it isn't true in any way!! He may turn 33 during his time at the club, but to say we have SIGNED a 33 year when he is 31, is just non-sense!

But the point is at this moment in time, when we have actually signed him, i.e. he has written his signature on a piece of paper, and when it has been announced on this current day, he is the age of 31 years, not 33 in any way, shape or form.

The more I have thought about it the more I am inclined to agree with you. He is not the type of player we need, my feeling is that the club have signed him just because of who he is rather than the what he is. He's a no frills back row forward and we have an abundance of those.

Just what we need, another 2nd rower.

The thing is he isnt even a second rower he plays the exact same role for the Roosters that Radford does for us even down to getting named at 13.
