Your right, tbh I have been slightly concerned with marketing generally this season, very little promotion about games, very few family offers, not seen any school/youth team tickets etc which is a shame as I know several people who have gone with the children on free school tickets and carried on going.

Its not great, just looks grey from further than about 10m. Should have been proper grey, white and black urban camo and then one with pink in a ladies fit. Great idea and cause but nowhere near distinctive enough.

Manly's, like it or loathe it, was at least distinctive.

the focus now is ££££££££££ through the retail stores, I don't think they view promotion of the side and games as their job, it's all about sshifting hoodies and tracksuits, with little regard to what it actually means to support a team.

Well they have a very short sighted view, surely the goal must be to get new fans through the door in the hope that they will enjoy and carry on coming and buy all the merchandise they are trying to knock out, it is not as if we don't have enough empty seats. Although the last regime were a bag of shiit you could not knock their marketing/promotion which included familes/youths team/schools, and overall produced some of our best gates and shirt sales.

Class shirt , great charity ,cant wait to buy it and as a massive carp fishing man myself I love a bit of camouflage

The Huddersfield game is on Armed Forces weekend in Hull - the best game. Maybe we should have asked to wear it for the away derby as well as we cant wear our home shirt for that one. why not wear it twice.

Ah, I understand now, away Derby would be a great idea as well, maximum exposure for HFH, has to be the main aim.

Love the player's shirt but unfortunately the replica will have a crappy collar and screen printed sponsors, which IMO ruins it.

Still it's for a very good cause and I hope it sells well.

We need ISC to start making our replicas like they did for the away shirt 2010 (grey and white one). The collars/cotton shirts, sewn on sponsors they have used since all look tacky.

And on the same theme, does anybody know if the shorts will be available to buy as well?

as for the sizes,i have medium in my home shirt and this one,and tbh,this 1 fits more snug/tighter then me home shirt.

does anybody know how much money from the shirts goes to the charity,or have i missed it?

Hudds away shirt is awful with the paint splashes but the underlying colours appear very similar. Don't know how to post pictures but maybe some one who does could show the Help for Heroes Strip & Hudds away strip side by side.

Or the Hull-Bradford game a few years back, when some bright spark at the RFL decided it would be good for both teams to play in Black and White

OK lets hope Hudds know! IIRC they took only their away strip when they played Cas at the Shay even though it was their Home game (Galpharm pitch was being relaid)

Clarky has tweeted that FC will wear the HFH Charity Shirt v Leeds.

Leeds are using this game to celebrate Armed Forces W/E so both teams will take to the field in Charity Shirts.

Does anybody know if the player shirts are going to be auctioned off for charity?
