Hearing Shaul out with Stomach bug Naughton full back and Talanoa wing

So we are/could be without tuimavave, ellis, mini and shaul? I know leeds have some injuries too but they're pretty important players for us. Could be a lot tougher than some are imagining

The respective league positions and recent results point to a Hull victory however Leeds will turn things around at some point and it could easily happen tomorrow. They've been pretty close in most defeats and they had a fairly comfortable win over Saints last month.

If Shaul is out that is a big blow, especially on top of being without Tuimavave, Ellis and Minichiello.

I suspect some kidology going on here, I will be very surprised if Ellis doesn't start. Will be very disappointed if Shaul misses out, though if he is ill so be it. Hopefully we'll still have enough to see it home.

Pryce out too apparently. And it's going to chuck it down. Just the usual Headingley miseryfest I fear.

I also fear that our winless run at Headingley will continue. Frustrating as it looked a great opportunity to come away with the points.

At 6, I'm yet to be convinced on Abdul.

Whiting at 6, bet he hasn't played there for years, in fact I reckon he has hardly played there, Abdul did well in his last game against Warrington and is the future, I love Whiting, but it's time to move on.

Poor on one ( whole team was) and did well against top of the league in the other.

I think if Radford thought he was doing well we would have seen Tuimavave continue at centre (which seems to be his best position)instead of moving him to 6 and bringing in Yeaman.
I expected to see a fitter, leaner, faster Abdul this season given his extended run last season but he doesnt seem to have done that unlike several of the other younger fringe players who seem to have added bulk but not fat.

Abdul is only 20, Radford like other young players is easing him in, if Pryce is out he is the best option.

Although it wouldn't surprise me to see Washbrook play there.

Not sure I buy the Shaul story tbh. Even if he has got a stomach bug, Thursday morning is very early to rule him out. They would wait and see how he is tomorrow. I also fully expect Ellis to play.

Even if it's worst case scenario and Shaul, Ellis and Pryce are all missing we should still have enough to get a result.

Smacks of mind games. Feel like a 'big club' now.

Think part of it is a chance to say goodbye and thanks. Would be great for him to have one last swansong. Hopefully he'll be in attendance at the Catalans game so we can give him a good send off.
