Look at Sheffield, they have three overseas players UNDER 24 who would walk into our team.
Signing a 33 year old for one season is NOT GOOD planning. Hardly building for the future.
TBH i expected a grandad like this after we went for Wiki.
No matter how good they have been it's one year of OLD PLAYER.
Maybe we should sign Lomu, Farrell, Wilkinson, Robinson, Edwards ?

I agree 100%. I think Fitzgibbon is a quality signing and an excellent replacement for Crocker. |

6 of our players who played today are under 24, and a potentially big part of the future of our club. We have Berrigan as the only stand-out influential and experienced role-model at the club for these youngsters, surely signing Fitz will give our youngsters something that will be highly beneficial?
As people have said, just cos Fitz is coming it doesn't mean others cant! |
