You' need to provide student ID at every game using your pass though.

If it's a student pass then yes. Or it's what happens at Rovers. The reason why is simply because of what you've just suggested what your friend could do for you.

Concessions are advised to carry proof of identity/entitlement with them to avoid being refused entry.

In a way, it's similar to the random drug tests, some might get away with it - others will get caught.

They are ready but they are doing this to stop the few not paying their last month on the direct debit.

I agree, always thought it was strange to start the DD in December, when they could just as easily start in November.

When I've gone in on my mates Student pass at Rovers I've never been asked for ID. I've also been in on Senior (not sure if there's a difference between senior and student) and junior passes so the checking isn't as strict as it could be.

I can understand why the club have done this, but they must have realised the problem with last years DD scheme at the latest. Can't understand why this couldn't have been ironed out, so the passes could be ready for the start of the season.

Rang them today, if you want to pay the remaining payment before the wire game you'll get your pass but must let them know soon before the tickets are posted out. Either that or you'll be queuing with the other 500 who have done the dd.

A little like getting your car insurance certificate and then stopping payments. They should sieze said pass and crush it


Surely if it doesnt run into hundreds they could have a list on turnstyles that would flag up unpaid for passes and refuse entry?

But that would mean turnstyle operators having to check each and every pass against the list. A long drawn out process.

They do check tickets, IE Adult/Child/Concessions but do you really think it is feasible for them to check each and every ticket against a master list?

Yep as someone else said,if you have 200 that owe cash on the season tickets and they(season ticket numbers) are in some sort of order(heaven forbid organisation)it should be quick enough.
