Well, I am 99% certain what I have been told is true, given who it was that first told me and the two people who have, unprompted, told me the same since. What I do doubt is that all the details will be made public, possibly at the request of the target, possibly as some kind of compromise.

Remember, it's a double charge, so this isn't just about Agar's reported/media comments, [isomething[/i else has gone on.

We won't, and nor do we really deserve one, IF what I am told Agar did then a VERY public apology should be forthcoming,as I say, this all depends what the evidence is and how it is presented.

Whats he supposed to have said? I do believe that it's an unfair system that Childs doesn't have any accountability or responsibility for what happened. Due to his ineptitude the match boiled over a couple of times, somebody could have been seriously hurt. Should he not face any reprimand for this?

You're talking about two different issues, one is the refereeing of the game and subsequent comments by Agar (charge 1), the second is Agar's alledged actions after the game and what went on with him and Child (charge 2).

The facts of charge 1 are public, and I'd agree, Agar was well within his rights to comment and Child should be held to account, as for charge 2, I doubt we'll get the truth anytime soon.

But Childs won't get any punishment, Agar will. That's unfair, both deserve to be reprimanded.

As for anything else, if what's been said is not in the public domain I fail to see how Agar has brought any code of conduct into disrepute. I really don't care if he called him Gareth Thomas' rent boy, if it was to his face in the tunnel afterwards. It's not been reported anywhere, just rumoured on here. If childs has a problem with it he should contact the police.
