Look at both the clubs past 5-10 year history. We have won the CC cup, runners up of the CC cup, and been the only one of only 5 teams to get to the Grand Final. Not Wire. Not Hudds.

I would class us as a big club.

You said our sqaud is a top 4 squad and yet you havent said which 3 squads are better than ours.

I don't believe we have a chance against Wigan, that's for sure. Saints we have shown we can beat. We have a recent bad track record against Leeds, we just can't seem to beat them. One of our best performances last season was against Wire, with a flattering scoreline in their favour. We can beat them and Hudds if we go about it in the right way.

The way we are playing we don't stand a chance against any of these teams, and yes we beat saints twice last year but we only won 2 out of 8 against the top four of wire, saints Wigan and Leeds and 3 out of 10 if you include hudds that to me isn't good enough, and this highlights agar's downfall for me personally.

Wire have won the challenge cup 2 years running, we won it once and lost it once, we also lost the G/final..So basically Wire have won silverware twice, and us once and you consider us a Big Club

You're right Tommy, we should be able to challenge for the top four, we did last year. If we want to break into the top four of Wigan, Saints, Leeds and Wire then we will probably need a new coach imo.

I've already said who I think our squad is able to beat and I will stand by it! I'm not picking arguments here, I'm just stating my opinions is all.

Not an argument dude i agree that on our day we can beat Hudds and Saints but then we'll go and get beat against Quins and Cats which is why we aint a top 4 club imo.

Can see what your saying, that's why I say I think if they all play to their full potential that we have every chance of challenging up there. This is why I think that we have a good shot this season, as we are a better squad than last season and we were up there for the duration. Sort our discipline out and we won't be far off IMO.

Pack looks good as it has been so far this season.

Halfbacks is the massive weakness.

Also our backs are too slow (centres and FB) we have made the 2nd most breaks this season (which is pleasing) but are 11th in trys scored, other teams finish their breaks we dont, not sure if we are too slow and don't back up that well, could be both.

As things stand we with this team (and coach) we will finish 7th at best.

Think our pack looks strong on paper but has been largely disappointing in both games this season. It hasn't won the arm wrestle.

I don't know about tickle on the bench and fitz second row.

Nothing to do with being slow, it is the fact we just do not back the players up. Whiting who many proclaim to be one of the slowest players made a break and there was nobody in sight for him to pass to. We managed to backup the players for about 10 minutes in the opening game and it then disappeared.
