It doesn't take an RL genius like me to know that if your club is in a state you don't give the job of sorting it to someone with absolutely no experience. You wouldn't do it with any other business so why an RL club? Maybe pearson is still on the mad egyptian's payroll |

A decent coach could take the youngsters that are coming through, add Pryce & Sneyd and still do something respectable next season. Just look at Cas, 3rd bottom to 4th in 1 year with only a few new additions. |

No, and not due to what he did...this job needs an experienced coach who has been there and done that, and last thing we need is another old face who still has links to the squad and backroom staff. |

Very few wanted rid of McRea or Kear, only idiots wanted rid of Sharp, Agar was useless, and not many wanted rid of Gentle. Radfords decisions are baffling at best and we are heading for the worst season since the year we thought we weren't going to have a club. |
