This is Gentles first season with his own built side, he's took us to one of the two cup finals on offer, consolidated our place in the league, had a play off win and his record in the Derby (let's face it, we all like to win that) is in the plus, and the young talent he's given the opportunities too are already top SL players who are only gonna get better.

This is a young team he's building, that's gonna have to take some hard, harsh lessons on the way to the top, tonight was just one of them.
We lost by 70 in the play offs before, we got to the grand final the following season.

It hasn't been pretty, but to say we're not progressing is wrong IMO, and giving a season we may just have progressed enough to be challenging.

If he goes then that's up to Pearson, but I don't think it's the answer
