We aren't going to get anyone in their peak, we either go older and unemployed (so a few on that list ruled out) or upcoming and young.

Who is available on that list? and who is young and upcoming.

At this present time, its time to go for someone older more experienced and unemployed from coaching RL.

I'd go for Brian Smith.

Personally I wouldnt gamble at this time,on a younger rookie coach.

No, the players have changed and it's still happening.

I think there is an apathy at the club that for some reason can be shrugged off.

After the game Gentle alluded to certain aspects of our 'game', that he's trying to address
like 'catch & pass' - maybe the players arent receptive to his coaching methods.
