) have done things on the cheap.Look what has happened to them.Hull seem to be going down the same road.It is frustrating,and we the fans deserve better.

What i got do wondering while driving home was what has changed over the last 2 to 3 years? Pretty much everything within club on and off the field. Yet again we seem to be a side that starts well and then just capitulates so question is why is it seemingly going he vsame way this season as the last 2? Is it the fact that |Agar is the is the only thing that hasn't been changed?

Before the season started even opposition fans were saying how good our side looks on paper, we have a quality squad.

in short the majority of the 17 are there either because Agar recruited them, or Agar decided they were ready for first team rugby. He can have no complaints about the squad he has IMO, its of his making.

Thought Uncle Denis was brought in as a defensive specialist,does'nt seem to be working.

Me to, thirty years and I can't remember feeling this down. Even when we had a poor squad playing in the second tier, we always played with passion. I still think there is enough quality in the squad to compete with the best, they just look lost as soon as the game starts, it's pathetic really.

Especially around the left corner.

I must admit i was shouting for your lot today,i remember the semi-final in 2005 at Huddersfield and at the end of the game me and quite a few other Saints fans clapped the Hull fans after the game,great day shame about the result.

Not too sure really. We're very well set in the back row, but Dowes/Cusack/Radders are 3 of our 4 props and our scrum half is 34 and barely plays with no back-up and our back line is relatively weak.

Thats the big point for me as under Agar there have been far too many games where we have gone the 2nd half without scoring as sides are reading what we are going to do and we lack the flair players barring Tansey who can play what he see's instead of reverting back to the famous 'Horne Drop Off'.

The time has come for change. the fans deserve far better than this disgraceful performance and baffling team selection. Although Agar may be on far less than many other superleague coaches if this continues it will lead to long term financial troubles for the club and be counterproductive. Today's and last years exit at the the 1st round is costly and support will gradually diminish.

The games not played on paper. What worries me is that when it comes to the crunch we do not have the calibre of player to beat teams like leeds and win major honours. Must admit though, the signing of ogre, fitz and turner look quality - just wish me had more players of that ilk (OK, i know turner is still up and coming, but I have seen enough in his performance today that he could to be one of the outstanding players for the future).

Dowes/Cusack/Radders - All have proven to be excellent props, consistant work horses. Problem is, Agar plays them all at the same time! Moa sat in the stand would have relished coming off the bench and maybe he'd have given Lauaki some much needed support. Instead we see Dowes and Cusack introduced as 'impacat props', my god! I farted just before half time and made more of an impact then the pair of them put together (and that's without following through).

As for the backs, do we have any set moves?

With Luakai making a debut as the Waterboy

TBH I think that Dale Winton, Graham Norton AND Louis Walsh could all fart with more impact than Dowes and Cusack. (even without their buttplugs in )
