Why does he? Until he gets a visa he has no contract, therefore he has no contract to walk out on. Im sure being the gent that he is he will honour his agreement and stick with us until the visa comes but technically he could go find an offer back in Oz now if he wanted to mess us about. |

He has to have a contract with Hull to be able to apply for a work permit and visa, so he has a contract but that contract becomes void if he can't get a visa. |

I believe the contract is binding still. He will be released off the contract if he cannot get a visa. But at the moment his contract is valid as he is awaiting a decision. |

I though he had to have a contract in order to get a work permit and to get a Visa he has to have a work permit, therefore he must have a contract.  |
