I actually agree with Hudgell for once, I don't see why we need all this smoke and mirrors stuff, if a player wants to move across the city for a better deal at the end of his contract so be it. Its the minority of fans (on both sides of the River) who will boo and insult a player for doing this that causes this kind of situation.

You can feel the hatred of our club in every word that comes out of his mouth. Already trying to devalue the player and claim we're paying over the odds. Not our fault if we can afford to pay a player what he's worth and rovers can't.

Maybe the embittered dwarf should start looking in the mirror for answers as to why players feel that they can't negotiate with him in an open and honest manner.

Brilliant Signing best player in this country available this year and again shows Pearsons determination, as for Hudge, well I'm with Jake I seem to remember back in the Judas days of meetings in local restaurants stage managed by the media with other Clubs players there didn't seem to be much respect or coming clean being shown to anyone.


However all that's in the past, we move on get arguably the best player available at present in the front row and despite the loss of Tickle, O'Meley and Briscoe we are starting with Paea and Miller to be looking stronger next year already. If this is confirmed by our Club well done Pearson he's continuing to be true to his word!

Why the hell should Paea tell Hudgell his intentions. He let him know that he wasnt staying in plenty of time for them to replace him. Its not like nicking a player mis season is it. The guy is a s@$t stain on the Y fronts of society.

How does Grudge know the details of the contract allegedly signed with Hull. There may well be a clause that says if an NRL club comes in before July ... then you can go there. Equally who is Grudge to say when and how Hull FC announce their signings.
I agree with his comments about Shannon last season but he should be discussing this with Adam not through the local rag.
