They has just set a really REALLY bad presidence now!!
This could be the catalyst for the implosion of Super league as we know it because now ALL clubs with money woes have the right to expect the same result and as other clubs fold due to shart management they will all walk towards red hall with their hands held out in front of them and they cannot refuse now!!
and if they do refuse someone then the other clubs would explode over it, another clear indication that those in charge of the RFL are neither businessmen or intelligent operators.

Judging by how the RFL have handled the licences in the past the only way forward would be for an independent assessor to analyze them in the future.
