Keep saying it, the majority of fans will accept a mediocre Hull FC as long as we beat Rovers during the season. That has been done, so the tickets will sell and the fans will turn up. This result will be forgotten once we sign a few hasbeens and an ageing foreigner, and next season begins.

What exactly do you want the fans to do? If nobody buys passes or tickets the club goes out of business. Is that what you want?

No fan will want that but should everybody just continue to accept mediocrity? Should we keep shelling out money for performances like last night? At what point does it become unacceptable?

This isn't really directed at you, just throwing the questions out there.

At this moment in time I'm not re-newing my pass, which I have held for over 30 years, I don't know what else to do to vent my frustrations. I will no doubt attend games because it's all I've known but I'm at a loss to know how else I get a point across.

The trouble is Kosh, if we paid to watch a comic or singer and he was crap we would not part with hard earned money to go again. If the team had performed well and lost, fair do`s, but lacklustre, crap displays like we had to endure against Hudds is enough to make anybody think twice. I love this club ,but sometimes I feel like I could spend my time better elsewhere. Next season will come ,and I will still be there wondering what the hell I am doing.

Or maybe, like me, you love watching rugby and couldn't bear to support anyone else other than the club you love. It doesn't mean we like mediocrity, but we are still entitled to ask for a better standard of play.

I think its time for another statement from the owner saying what he is going to do. If he wants to sell any passes he needs to show he feels our pain and is on top of the situation.

I think that's the biggest question facing the club.

I'm renewing (unless Radford is announced as head coach) but I'm leaving it until the last possible moment to reserve my seat. Not much of a protest I know but I really don't know what else to do.

I'll be amazed if AP doesn't come out with some sort of statement.

I think the club should initiate the holding of a fans forum ASAP. It would only be a gesture but AP would have a platform to explain where he thinks we are. Not a spin day but a proper warts and all meeting. Probably wont happen but I think the way that AP communicates from now with the fans will have a bearing on season pass sales. Say nothing and the current situation will fester.

coming out of the stadium after the game we were berating the teams "performance" calling it disgraceful ect ect, and behind us was Adam Pearson his words to us were "it was lads and i am truly very sorry lads" he was ed off big time. I am sure once the dust has settled things will get sorted Adam will not let this carry on.

Said exactly the same thing on the way back last night. If we do insist on changing the coach then we have to go for an established coach and not another assistant with "potential".

What I find hard to understand,and I'm sure this goes for the rest of you, is how can a team that have defended so well all season ,produce a performance like that. Yes,you have been inconsistent attacking wise but defensively you have been very consistent. AP will let the dust settle ,probably wait until after the World Cup and then make a decision on PG. However, he can't leave things too late as pass sales will be affected.

This is exactly why the blame for that performance is solely on the players. Yes we can question PG for other coaching faults etc but using last night as a reason or even contributing factor for sacking him is wrong IMO and sends the message to the players they are unaccountable. Its ok lads if we don't like the coach we'll just play crap until he gets the sack. So unprofessional its actually taking the p1ss out of the loyal fans.

The thing is, there's always another comic or singer to spend your money on instead if the one you don't like goes bankrupt. That's not the case with sports clubs.

It's Catch 22 for sports fans. Continue to spend money on a team that you love but don't enjoy watching any more, or keep your hand in your pocket and see that club disappear forever. It's a difficult choice and I'm not trying to trivialise it, but when you get folk simultaneously calling for more money to be spent and declaring that they won't be buying passes/tickets you have to wonder if they've thought it all the way through.

Using that reasoning means the players haven't liked a coach for years
