Massive test this one, poor record on Sky, but the team must be feeling confident after some good performances since the derby. Our attack looks ,much better and our defence remains strong.

Playing one of the best sides in the league away is never going to be easy, but I really feel that we have a chance of beating them, if we play well and get our tactics correct.

I reckon we've every chance of taking them all. I certainly do not think we can't beat Wire, we have what it takes if we take our balls with us!

Depends a lot on how those injuries in the forwards are stacking up. That said with the quality and confidence of the younger players who come into the side and look like they can play these days I'm more confident than ever in our depth. For sure Wire wont be seeing this as an easy game and to that end we are making good progress.

Doubt we will see Watts for several weeks, as it sounds like ankle ligament damage which would be as bad a s a break, think he is having further scans today so hopefully position may improve but he's defo out for Wire. Whiting bad dead leg so expect he won't be risked even if he's close.

Briars is back for Warrington and they are due to make a late call on Morley (he might play for Swinton). Think we have a fair chance in this one but they had a comfortable win over Hudds so they may be coming back into form, as you say our attack has improved and our defence is good, but we are getting light in the forwards with all the injuries of late, were on a good run of form and having pushed Wigan so close I'm going to say FC by 4.

If it's close I'd expect us to concede 3 or 4 quick penalties around the 60 minute mark.

Warrington are a class side. It's all about forward dominance for me so it will be a massive undertaking if Watt's is out. Just hope we perform to our best and keep us heading in the right direction.

Watts out is a big blow but that said, Lynch is more than capable of doing 80 minutes if needed. I reckon gentle will go with Bowden/Green at 13 n play 3 props, with Pitts in the back row with Ellis.

Can't see us winning tbh, but we need to give a good account of ourselves. Would be disappointed if we got a thumping.

This is a good test for us, we are playing well so it's a good opportunity to see how good we are

That's about where I am. If you're going to beat Wire, particularly away from home, a near-enough full strength side is needed. Watts and Whiting are two massive losses in a game like this, and I reckon Warrington will just have too much for us up front.

I don't think anyone will be taking us lightly, based on our recent form and the performance against Wigan. As long as we give it our all, then I'll be satisified.

As well as the usual ball coming loose single criteria-based decisions: Warrington in possession = ball steal, Hull in possession = knock-on.

I think it'll be a close one, with FC taking it.

Not nervous for it, nothing by our recent performances says we should be. Playing some good stuff, confidence is high and we're playing as a unit in defence and attack. Won't be easy by any measure, but if we turn up like we have been there's no reason why we can't get the result.

Here here, I'm with you on this one; we absolutely need to turn up like we can and with all bottle and commitment!

Not a game you'd see as a win at the start of the season. If we get anything out of the game it's a bonus. I'll be satisfied with a competitive performance.

Still, we picked up the two points a couple of seasons back so if we are on our game who knows.

I think this game could make or break our season, win and this would give the lads massive belief going into a pretty tough schedule over the next 4 games which could (emphasise could) see us pressing the top four if we get a roll on.
Lose badly or put in a shoddy performance then I think we would be lucky to get one win out of the next three which will put us right on the back foot.
The confidence of the team is so important (as it always is tbh), I just think at this stage of the season a poor loss would be really damaging, a win could well propel us to something special

A win at Wire would really put a marker down for the rest of the season and gives us some real confidence at exactly the right time.

my heart sank when i read it was silverwood! always backs the top teams gifting nice easy penalties when they need them! just like wigan at home!!

its a bit of a free hit this one, just need to keep some form, avoid injury and suspension and i'll be happy
