Haven't seen all that much of him obviously but he's been completely owned in all 3 derbies this season. Is he being over-hyped or is he really that good?

from what I have seen he is over-hyped, but that could be said of Watts and he looks the part after a few games.

He was their best last night, didnt take much mind. The kid is very good, doubt he'll come though, Leeds was what I heard.

If he is that good then I'd hope we are in for him as we'd have the basis of a good young British pack to build on.

Taylor is a cracking prospect.

Very good player with huge potential, in fact id probably say he could end up being the best forward this town has produced since Lee Crooks.

Hmmmm interesting as what I really resent is Ambulance Chasers trying to milk money out of a situation which has led to the blame & claim culture here in the UK and the knock on effect on us all.

If the club's infrastructure and coaching setup are geared towards giving a chance to young players then there shouldn't be a problem.

Gentle has shown no fear in throwing our developing players in and it will pay dividends in 2 years. Injuries have played a part in this but his quiet confidence in them is infectious. We've seen how good Crooks, Bowden and Cunningham were in their short spells.

Hudgell has a point but letting one of their best forwards go to their local rivals shows he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Hope so, he's the one to choke them, as we can already see!

Pity hudgell didnt think like that when he signed paul cooke. He could have saved us all a lot of grief.

Taylor is a very good player and one I really hope we are looking at, he's out of contract at the end of the year and at the moment is not looking at extending is deal with rovers. I know Leeds are interested and really hope we are too.

His contracts up end of next year isn't it?

Yes it is but he has rejected a couple of contract extension offers from rovers already, it's rumoured that we have made an offer and that leeds and a couple of other clubs are interested

From our point of view if we are interested in him, his selection for England was a massive bonus as it has put him in a great position for negotiations with Rovers.

rovers need to pay him the going rate for an international player or expect him to want out. he's a Hull fan and a client of howes. No prizes for guessing where he'll end up
