Surely, as most of the moronic fans want a running fullback, someone who can catch and tackle is pointless. Afterall, as we all know, a fullbacks main role is to run the ball out of defense.

For me, two wingers is a must. I'd look at releasing Calderwood, Hall, Radford, Cusack and possibly Washbrook. Sign two wingers, a prop and a reserve scrum-half.

Would still keep Tansey at FB when Horne and Long are fit, and if we signed Murphy use him as a winger and back up FB, would much rather go for Owen though.

Tansey has saved us numerous times this year by a great tackle or cleaning up a difficult kick. I can think of at least one on Friday night for a start.

Owen would be a decent signing, the other two aren't all that great imo. Would rather give Lyne a run on the wing.

I dont think his move to fullback has helped his development and he looks to have stagnated personally.

Hodgson is leaving Hudds end of the season - he's about the right age to capture our interst. Warrington seems to be where he's heading though, if so, i'd assume King or Monoghan are offski.

I'd sign Murphy and use him as a first choice winger and back up full back but he is under contract till the end of 2011. We'd need another winger if Calderwood went which I reckon he will and should as he is picking a lot of injuries now and missing more games than he's playing. Richard Owen and Will Sharp are both out of contract and would both be good signings.

Cusack and Radford to go and bring in two props, definately Louis McCarthy Scarsbrook, I'd also go for Mike Cooper. Need a creative halfback to be back up to Long, I'd like to see us go for Matty Smith.

This season is too early for him and given Tanseys ages and the fact Whiting seems to be our backup fullback it could be a fair while.

Yes, looked good for Warrington last season when Tony Smith came in, Castleford fans were impressed with him during his loan spell and were disappointed to see him go back to Wire.

Jack Briscoe said on the sports bar a month or two ago that he saw himself having a game or two off the bench this year while he completes his studies and then wants to press more next year when he's full time.

I think Jack is taking a year out next season to try his hand full time before he goes to Uni.
