Okay so most people on here doesnt want Agar to be our coach. But nobody seems to want to do anything about it, so the board who probably dont read the forums still think everyone loves Agar.

Rule isnt worried as he uses his well everybody has an opinion get out clause everytime someone even has a go at his best mate Agar.

So what do we do ?

Well it would be great to get banners and chant Agar out etc etc in front of the sky cameras against Wakefield but I doubt that will happen.

So I think the best option would be for everyone to sign a petition saying we want Agar out and then somebody maybe Hutchie

walk upto them live on Air and hand it to Rule live on radio and tell him enough is enough if nobody else has the bottle to do it then I will as I believe what I would be doing is right for the fans and the club.
It would be great to say to Rule when he says everyone has an opinion and I can say 7-10 thousand fans do Mr Rule and they all want him out. Fan power if vocal enough will always come through if people just stop hiding behind there computer and be proactive and do something.

as I said in another thread, our fans are largely apathetic, there was still people clapping the team off yesterday...just as there was after some dire games last season.

the club also have us just where they want us, most have paid yet again for a season pass, so will attend games regardless. And if you stop attending you feel disloyal to the club you've supported for years...

i'd like to see some Agar Out chants, but its more likely to be a few thousand walking out early and that's about it

One way is to personally target Agar and force him out with abuse, the other way is a boycott, the board have done a great job with the clubs finances, some of that is down to taking the cheap option with players and Agar, but if season ticket holders didnt turn up to a game it would make tehm take notice, although the club wouldnt lose money they would know that the fans would be willing not to renew next season and take action.

this was discussed at length last season...I would be willing to do it, but the problem is that thousands have this "I'll support the lads no matter what" attitude...and won't join in, making it pointless. Even if you stress that it'd be a short-term measure for 1 game, and woulden't indicate you've abandoned the club or its players in the long-term.

in fact many posters became quite abusive in the 'boycott' thread last year.

I can see friday being the lowest crowd so far anyway though, its on TV and both sets of fans are disappointed with this weekends results (Wakefield lost to SL's worst side) I can see it being about 11k maximum.

Very interesting off season - IMHO.

With the quota,being reduced - and we already are at full quota,

I cant see any marquee players signing for us.

And with Agar at the helm, I dont see any upturn in our fortunes,any time soon.

the way I see it they are going to have to let Fitzgibbon go, he's been good so far.

but the club can't retain a 33/34 year old 2nd rower/loose (positions we have options in) when there are critical positions such as no7 and centre/wing to improve.

Yep, the "in any kind of weather" etc excuses were used, the thing is the board would take notice because they are clearly not stupid and would act if the felt pass sales were under threat.

Someone in the East stand started an Agar out chant yesterday just after he'd appeared on the big screen and was booed. It didn't catch on, unfortunately!

I've started to realise recently that the clubs PR operation is far better than what we give it credit for...for years we've had it drummed into us that we're the loyal faithful, the best fans in the game, in any kind of weather...even before kick off they had the PA announcer reading out the propaganda. We were invited to forget the recent history and start remembering a game that was now 4.5 years ago...if we don't watch it we'll become Rovers with their 1980 obsession.

the club have made it so people feel bad for criticising the club, booing, protesting and demanding better.

how long the majority continue to be convinced by this charade is anyone's guess.

I want him out as much as anyone but we had this last season with people talking about boycott's etc and nothing came of it.
