As was said when Radford took over, its was going to take a while to sift out a lot of deadwood and that things would not happen with the click of a the fingers. Too many didnt take heed of this and wanted to pull the trigger even though there was a long term plan. Some so claim not to want mediocrity would have resigned to to years of instability to satisfy their own ignorance of the bigger picture.
In the era of the cap and VERY few mid season transfers, the idea that a coach can come in and wave a magic want to correct year of mis-management is completely misguided.
But hey, some seem to think that not attending and still moaning about it achieves things.

If that is directed at me you're way out, I never stopped attnding, I criticised when it was right to do so and praised when it was due.
As regards to a new coach coming in, be honest, if we'd had a better more experienced coach we would have won the treble last season given how things went our way and with the squad we had.
That's not to say Radford cannot continue to improve but at the time (mid 2015) he was not improving one iota and we were playing some of the most dour rugby for some time which was what was putting people off coming, even those with season tickets, quite a few on here repeated that they couldn't be bothered to go it was so pants, the call for his resignation/change things was valid. It's a voiced opinion, and like it or not at the time we were absolute dog dirt and that opinion was on the back of almost getting relegated in 2014 and the cr @p that was on show in 2015.
With a better squad than last season which is going some and one that is certainly more balanced it will show how he has progressed or not. Gaining Kelly hopefully is the key to unlocking our potential more often, not winning something next yea will be a dissapointment for most because everyone keeps saying we need to kick on.
I stated in a thread a few months back it would be harder to be successful next season and got shot down yet now everyone seems to be agreeing with that.
It will be harder, we won't be as fortunate with injuries whether that be other teams injuries effecting them or our own players. It will mean Radford has to show his worth when to bring in younger/less senior players, how to motivate the team when the chips are down and repeat the energy of last season.
And if he does well like 2016 I will give praise, if he makes mistakes like he did in 2016 that ultimately cost us the treble I will criticise, if he makes a right two n eight of things then I suspect most won't be happy at all.
Development of players like Shaul, Carlos, like the youngsters coming through is massively important so one hopes the coaching team can keep us near/at the top of the tree this following season and beyond.
