yeah and how long will they carry that on for? before the costs become to much and go bust?

id certainly start saving up for this away fixture if they make it to SL

I think its a fantastic venture , Hope it grows into something big over there .

How will the fixtures work at present 15 clubs , each club plays 14 games 7 home & 7 away.

The top 8 then play each other once ie 7 games 4 home & 3 away or 3 home 4 away, depending on league position after 14 games.

Then play offs .

with Toronto in league 16 teams, seems unfair if everyone doesn't have to travel.

The travelling aspect must give them a big advantage both home and away in a semi pro league where they will have weeks at a time together. Not sure how it will work in SL when there is a mix of games on Thursday through to Sunday and it could lead to some short turn arounds with ridiculous travelling requirements. Hopefully it will be the catalyst to growth in canada and they can play over there in a competitive league eventually

it may see the end of thursday night rugby with a bit of luck, as most clubs play friday nights now, even that would be a push if arriving back on a sunday night/monday morning flight
