Quote ="Jake the Peg"OK, a win's a win, but that was rubbish again tonight IMO. salford are the 2nd worst team in SL, with a paper thin squad and a number of injuries keeping players out tonight. And what do we do? Scrape a win courtesy of a couple of tickle penalties and a dubious disallowed try. I can't see any positives other than the 2 points and can only see us beating celts between now and the end of the season.
At times we looked clueless and for me the overall performance was no better than the last 3. Only managing to score 2 tries against the 2nd worst defence in the league says it all'"
I wouldn't be over confident on winning that game either TBH. I took my Wife and kids to see them play Wigan last week ,(my eldest likes the Pie eaters for some strange reason), and the Crusaders played pretty well, and Wigan were nowhere near as bad as we have been for most games this season.
