I think a side performance is a reflection on the coaches attitude and persona. Both our coaches are very laid back, never show any emotion and that is transgressing onto the field with this oh well we got beat again attitude. The role of o coach isnt just to get a team up to play on a match day its to build a winning environment. Make the players and staff feel they are a part of something that is a privalidge to be in. Clive Woodward was a good example he brought a winning aura to the camp that people who were not in wanted to be a part of it and bettered thereselves to get there. Something i think our current set up is incapable of doing, They are losing the pride from the shirt.
Who would you bring in to replace them? I don't know of any immediately available top class British coaches.
Don't forget any overseas coach would need a visa, so you wouldn't see them this season.
