Quote ="Mrs Barista"I don't know exactly what we'd protest about on a banner. Being in a play-off position with 9 players unavailable? Are Wigan, Warrington and Bradford, all teams of a similar "stature" to us but lower than us in the league protesting? I agree we need a top class coach but don't imagine the board are blind to how the Agar situation is panning out.
I'll take option 2, thanks, and continue to support the players on the pitch. Hopefully they'll deserve that support. IMO the recent results have been more down to poor tactics and the wrong personnel than lack of effort and that's all I ask of the players. Waving negative banners for the likes of Dowes, Lee and Calderwood to see when they run out is disrespectful when they've given their all the last few weeks.'"
I agree with you but we have concerns and they should be heard. If agar came out and said "it's been difficult and there is unrest but we are trying hard to resolve it" or if the board came and said "we know what we need and we believe that Agar will help us recruit the right players" then people might have more respect for them. But players like dowes, lee and calderwood don't deserve it you're right.
