For us to comeback from 16 0 down at half time we needed to play a lot better and you needed to play a lot worse and that happened and was summed up with the error leading to our first try. And it continued, we got on the front foot and your mistakes carried on. You are a very neat and effective team when you're on song and Chris Chester has done a splendid job. Main thing for you guys is psychologically getting over this defeat. I like big Dave a lot but save the celebrating for FT.

Agree regards England but no consistency from the ref. Televised game so he could have had another look at that with the stage of the game etc

In the rules of the game that drop goal shouldn't have stood. Cas players are not allowed to move towards defenders looking to charge down a drop goal.

A few decisions went their way like the ball steal on bjb and Hadley offload given as knock on etc which is a shame but what can you do.

Game swung from that incident. Instead of 6 pressure tackles in their 10, they go up the other end and score. Just the start they needed to the second half.

I understand you feel robbed due to Jesse being an NFL blocker for that drop goal but just watched it back and Fafita was a yard at least to left of play the ball so wasn't square anyway. Penalty could have easily been given.

A couple went our way as well, the two tackles in the air decisions in either corner which we got in our favour spring to mind. And yes the drop goal shouldn't have stood but Fifita was nowhere near square at marker so if he had have charged it down it should have been a penalty in front. Six and two threes. The ref wasn't why we lost that, it was too many cheap mistakes and penalties after a flawless first half saw to that. Gutted.

Disappointed but not disheartened. Would have been overjoyed with a point but not to be,Cas we're like us a couple of years ago let's hope we head in the same direction.

He was well on side, all refs make mistakes but that decision should have been checked. Anyway too late now so looking forward to Widnes next week. I thought we played well as did Cas

As I have already said the game was lost by earlier errors from us that led to cas being in a position to score their tries and some harsh calls from Kendall.

Only decisions I thought at the time went badly against us were the two on one steal, which looked blatant even from the back of the north stand, and the Hadley offload followed by a Cas player fumbling round with it which was given as a Wakey knock on.

Drop kick should not have happened cos cas shud not have been allowed to be in a position where they needed one to win.

Losing like that was inevitable after the cocky way Fifita celebrated his try by classlessly goading the Castleford fans.

However what I will say is the way cas got on a roll in the first 15 of the second half I thought they were going to blow us away but credit to the boys they didnt

I suspect he was responding to some abuse from the cas fans but yes it was premature as proven by the final score

You didn't deserve to lose - but then again you can't let a 16-0 slip lead. Ref was poor for both teams. No consistency whatsoever.

Last year cas fans gave him dogs abuse on the sideline so I can only imagine he got more tonight. Don't blame him for celebrating but do it at full time. He's a top top player and I really like the guy , bit of a harsh lesson tonight for him and Trin.

Have to say i cringed at that, set himself and us up for a fall there. It was his daft high tackle kust after he had done it that gave Cas field position for their last try as well and because of that Cas and their fans visibly lifted. Save it until the end Dave.
