Also good to see us signing players on contracts that will keep them here into the new franchise (BJ 3years/Broughy rumoured for 3 more years). I know the contract will probably be nill and void if we didnt make it but is it a sign that we are maybe a bit more confident of getting in than we have been previously?

Three year contract that's eighty one games plus cup runs and play off matches so with Jeffries ratio of one good game in six I can see the logic in giving him a three year deal we might by the end of the three years get a season out of him.

I hope you prove me wrong but speaking to several Bradford fans they do not rate him at all and he has managed to keep up his ratio of good games whilst playing for them.

I don't have an issue with Jeffries returning. I wasn't overly convinced when he played for us, but this time it'll be slightly different with Brough as his partner.

The one thing that does worry me is the fact we signed him to a three year deal. Saying that we announced we had Snitch tied to a two year deal

Unsure on this one, particularly if we have given him the reported 3 year contract..... Never really got what you would perceive value for money from him when he was here, and as has already been said why swap Rooney for Jeffries as that appears to what we have done?

I agree three years is quite a long deal. Should have offered a one year deal with option of a further year if he plays well.

I love the way the posters on here seem to know the team dynamics better than the best coach we have had since Toppo. For heavens sake if Kear feels he is worth it then surely we should respect his decision, I think he has earned that much?

I agree with Vasty there. We all know he has the ability, and he can kick 40-20s. However, he has not played along side Broughy, he will not be the premier kicker, and who knows what JK can do with his game.
Should we not all give this new arrangement a chance before binning it.
