They didn't even seem to want to help each other tonight. Leeds were just pushing us back at will and our players just stood and watched. We are going to get the same from Chester about we went into our shell and couldn't get on the front foot. Chester needs to grow some balls and give them the kitchen sink. No mate's rates.

Johnstone and Fifita the only players that can smile after that performance, lucky to have them.

Sort the kicking game out and most of the problems are fixed. Giving Leeds a tap 20 with 7 tackles 7 times killed us. If we turn the ball over on their line or get a drop out it's a different game. The defence took it out of us

Both halfbacks laughably poor. Pack weren't exactly brilliant but they got us down into the Leeds twenty often enough only to have the halfbacks throw away any pressure.

Bad performance, nothing went for us , we let ourselves down, made it easy for Leeds. Heads up train hard and move on. Let's see how we respond against Leigh.

My god what a terrible performance. Our arrack was telegraphed, if I know from the terrace what play we're doing what do professional players on opposition think. The team is more then capable of competing,yet what we dished up tonight was a disgrace bar a couple of performances.

Who would I change in the halves.

As inevitable that night follows day, Leeds beat Wakey and it's because of the ref.

Re the attack, I think the fact we lost a hooker in the calibre of Scott Moore is really hurting us. Wood shows promise and is an elusive runner but isn't in the same league, the less said about Sio the better (that forward pass just before HT really killed the game as a contest) and Finn is a half. The ball is too slow to reach the halves and the options have usually vanished when they have it.

We have such a strike player in Johnstone but he's so underutilised it's criminal. He showed what he can do in an abject team performance. It won't be long before Carter has to reject further offers for him, particularly when the revenue generation will drop off a cliff come next year wherever Trinity end up.
