TD, don't think that I don't see your point that the young ones should get a chance over an old overseas player. In most circumstances I would agree. Right now we need a quick fix and in my opinion, this is worth a shot, and worth more of a shot than using the young lads. I do hope they get their chance this year too.

As for Rinaldi, he is player coach at Villeneuve. He has openly said that he did not want to play for an English club in Super League as he wanted to bring his kids up in France. Villeneuve job fitted the bill for him.

The French season is now over so that's why it is hard to find detail but he is free to play and the club have allowed him to go.
....but if we are talking about quality I'm sure you'll want to comment when I say they came bottom of their league, winning 5 out of 20 games! Not great credentials.

With Salford making good signings in the form of Luke Patten, Stephen Wild and securing Holdsworth and Smith, there going to be big improvers next year.

Wakefield NEED to make some improvements to the team or an extremely tough year is on the cards.

Agree totally, we'll be lucky to win 5 games next year. All other sides bringing in class we signing 1 prob 2 Fev players who've never played top level. Sadly next season will be Wakey's last at SL level so will struggle to recruit anyone even half decent.
