Yeah all the new gear isn't macron, its a new company but they can't use their logo for obvious reasons with the Macron contract

Yes i've seen them and yes they are garbage. Didn't notice the manufacturer to be honest i tend to just look at design and quality. Design is good, i like that part. But sadly the quality is awful and the price way too high taking that into account. Yes i know this is possibly a hangover from the previous regime but unlike some i refuse to toe the party line just because the club think we should, it's about having an individual opinion not just having a moan. Some may blindly pay good money for inferior products as it has a club badge on and good luck to them it's their money and their choice. I certainly won't, same as many others. All about opinions and choice.

Looks good and it would be something I would buy like a shot, but the quality just lets it down for that price.

.... or they don't because as consumers they have a free choice and if they don't see value for money the won't buy it. I'd pay significantly more for a quality product than what the club charge for their replicas. I won't pay for cheap .

I doubt anyone is in the loop, because most decisions appear to be based on what's best for those in charge rather than the club. I am sure the impression given was that the contract expired this year.

this what gets me you have an option to buy or not and you chose not to because in your opinion the quality is not worth the value you'd pay for, so just walk away and don't buy, but you'd rather winge and whine about something your not going to buy, I just don't get it

Well they haven't done so far, it's called customer feedback. Put it this way would you prefer to know whether your beer tastes like dog p*** straight away or after you've brewed another couple of batches?

If Snowie's beer tastes bad then I won't buy it. I might tell him. I might even have a go myself to see if I can come up with something better. I won't go on an internet forum moaning about it because that achieves nothing.

If the latest merchandise is crap then I won't buy it. I will tell those in the shop that I don't think k it's worth the money so they can feed that back to whoever is responsible for these things. I could then buy a shirt and have a go at creating my own alternative. However I won't come on here moaning about it because it will achieve nothing.

It's called providing an example, it really isn't that difficult to understand.

It is a Wakefield forum is it not? As such all things Wakefield tends to get discussed on it, including the clubs merchandise and the quality thereof. Hence opinions on that merchandise, good and bad will get talked about. Companies should always use feedback to improve and it might not be nice to receive negative comments they should be taken on board and used going forward. To pinch what appears to be one of your favourite phrases burying your head in the sand and thinking everything is fine will achieve nothing.

Well you've certainly provided a classic example there, there's an obvious comparison with beer and clothing, why not just stick to the topic and base your opinion on that, it isn't that difficult to understand.

I was showing a different example so it has to be, well, different. The guy brews beer doesn't he? Hence a suitable comparison, well to most anyway. Anyhow what does it matter, buy it if you like it, don't if you think its rubbish. Probably the end of the story.
