That would be great mate. Both planning apps due to be heard in Feb I think. Saw the plans about 12 months ago and they looked impressive but as you know the price of building materials has to rocketed so it may have to be scaled back a bit.

Do we have 3 available quota spots or 2? I heard 3 mentioned a few times at the fans forum but not sure if this was before Proctor.

Noticed a couple of young players training in the pre season video too.

When they built that monstrosity at NM he moved his caravan onto the road outside in protest, since then they've built some more on there allegedly and he was last seen kicking and screaming as they dragged him and his caravan away sighting it a health hazard as it was full of empty KFC rubbish.

Definitely a second row yes. Think he’s a right second row so I’d imagine he will play right second row and Tanginoa will interchange with Ashurst.

Yes, the second row is sorted, but above all now, we need a prop to replace Dave. I'm aware we have Bowden, Butler, Whitbread, and Battye - also Eseh coming on the scene, but I still think we need some prop with aggression and leadership in there.

We do not need a 9. We have 3 already and even 4 including Smith or 5 including Crowther if absolute emergency arises.

1/2 props, Centre/FB, halfback, loose and we are sorted. It’s clear where we lack depth.

If the above though there needs to be good quality brought in for the forwards. The halfback position and centre can be back up/players with potential.

I believe Pratt is training with the first team who’s a centre.

Butterworth is full back/halfback I believe.

Don’t think he’s signed up and didn’t see him in training videos but if he’s still part of reserves then as you say he could be an option. There is also Gaskell too but we are still light in depth.

He hasn't played anywhere other than second row since 2011.

2 big NRL standard experienced props required in my opinion……Ava Seumanufagai and Patrick Mago hopefully…..

Would be happy with that but Ava Seumanufagai and McKenzie Yei maybe (for impact off bench).

Then just a couple of uk based/young lads signing and we’d be good to go.
