What about Neil Law. Once saw him intercept a Bradford pass on our 20 mts and set off with a good 10 mtr start. The Bradford backline turned around and had him before he got to halfway.

Wassa used to work for his. Neil Law just usually caught the ball and fell over the line. Having said that this proves that we once knew how to make openings for wingers and then give them the ball otherwise Neil Law would never have scored.

Also can you remember George Truelove it was difficult to define what he was but he may have been a winger, now he is what I call a classic Wakefield signing

Mentioned before but like the look of Nixon @ Barrow. Plenty of pace,knows where the line is,scored nearly 100 tries and still only 23.

Scored a cracker under the sticks at Headingley. Great assist from Ben Walker....

Not sure about alot of tries. This was back in the day when our points for never looked that cracking, but they both scored a few.

Pretty sure Law was once our top scorer in the league with 9 tries. By todays standard that looks pretty poor but i suppose its a sign of how we have progressed.

Just looking at www.slstats.org Law scored 9 in 2000, 10 in 2001 and 4 in 2002. Not info for 1999. Just checked out the stats for 2004. Domic on 22 tries was a superb effort but probably playing off Solomona at his best made that possible.

i particularly dislike the musical emphasis on the capitals as though that shh has to be slightly louder.

I like the kid he has got a good brain on him and hope his physical attributes come on a bit his running technique is strange. Hes a good young player the use of 'superb' is certainly a over statement

When a kid of 17 years can attain Super League status he can easily be described as a superb prospect.

Whether he realises his potential is another matter but whether he does or not it does'nt detract from his ability as a young kid.
