Wonder how it works with the priority thing? I want to buy one for me and an additional one for someone who isn't a season ticket holder. So do I have to wait for general sale and see how that goes?

I am not a season ticket holder due to only being able to make 8 home games but have been to all cup games. I would be more than happy to meet at club shop. PM me if anyone interested.

You can purchase over phone

It said you have to produce the season ticket when buying, which suggests it has to be in person. The phone number was to do with tickets after the priority period.

I tweeted the club to check as I don't live in Wakey and they responded to say I could buy over the phone. I presume they will have records of names and addresses of ST holders and go by that

I wouldn't worry too much. In 2014 Castleford (average attendance 706icon_cool.gif played Widnes (average attendance 5635) there. We had similar threads with people worrying about missing out but I didn't hear of a single fan who wasn't able to get a ticket. Even on the day of the game tickets were stiill available. Top tip: If you can't get through to Wakefield, try and buy direct from the RFL.

The attendance that day was given as a capacity 12005 but there were plenty of empty seats and the terracing didn't seem that full. Still, I think St Helens would be a better option capacity wise?

I think you're probably right but there was very heavy demand last time we got this far in the cup (against Hull) and we sold all of our allocation, plus some of Hull's. although they were given more tickets than we were.
There are worries about both venues not being big enough but, if history is anything to go by, they are about right and without stepping up to Shudds ground, which is too big, there aren't too many other options.

I went at lunch time today and there was a constant queue at both ends of the shop. Let's sell thousands and get the place rocking.

Bought 4 tickets via telephone this afternoon as I live 40 miles away and my kids are season ticket holders.

It wasn't a problem and should be getting them through the post in the next few days. Let's get that initial 3000 ticket allocation sold and get some more from the RFL!

Full credit to the shop team today must have been a huge effort to get everyone processed. It's only a small operation in there and they won't get days like this very often

Sincerely hope you are right as I am not a season pass or member, the latter being a silly oversight! I live 60 miles away and get to 2/3 of games. Have been a supported 40 yrs and had a pass half of that time at least. 1873 member. Will be gutted if I can't go

Just seen over 1000 sold today and first 5 coaches full. Great to see the shop so full and the queue a long way out of the door. Can't wait!
