Must admit I’ve paid my money but not sure I want to go.

I’ve seen worse through the years but I think 2016 - 2018 showed what’s possible. I’m happy to write 2019 off as that was pure bad luck. The last two and a half seasons though have been draining. It’s the occasional flourishes followed by the long dips, it just erodes away at you. After all this is meant to be fun!

I have also got a season ticket but being over 1500 miles away make it not possible to attend. This is the fortunate part the bad news is the villa has Sky. The website appears more geared up to our ladies team but am I correct to think that after this game our next home match is not until June.

I wouldn’t worry about it- we have looked awful since the Leeds game where we were lucky to get a point. It was only because Leeds were sure they’d finally got a win we managed to sneak those last two scores in the final three minutes. We rested 6 against saints so that loss to be expected but no excuse against wire - was by far our worst game of the season and playing against a wire side with 2 makeshift halves and a rookie FB. Cogger yellow carded twice inside 20 minutes, dropped ball galore and poor discipline.
It could be a pretty dire game on Thursday!

I have just like your friend Vastman who is also considering not going and he is much nearer than me. I at least have paid if I attend or not is irrelevant but not you, so what stopped you buying one being so keen to highlight my non attendance. If you want it in kilometres I am 1900 of them away.

I know these are the same group of players who beat Warrington but something as gone wrong. I hope that those in charge can remember what they did for the Warrington games and quickly because Toulouse are gaining in confidence and will win more games.

As far as I’m concerned this is our annual collapse ,no different from every other collapse over the years, we may even be unlucky and get a few this season ,but just like the Phoenix we’ll rise again ,we always do . It’s not rocket science to see why we can’t add new supporters on the terraces with our erratic lacklustre performances. Shudds may well put a scratch team against us ,I hope not as we’ll never hear the last if we manage to beat their second string . Im at the wrong age to get down with it all ,life’s too short ,I’m still looking forwards to the game and it’s a big part of my life ,but it’s not the be all ,and I’ll be more than happy if I see a visible improvement and the players look like they are putting the effort in ,and a win will be a bonus .

I believe the next game after hudds is toulouse away after a week off now that is a must win

Funny how the start of every season we get the ( it’s a must win game ) or no it isn’t we’ve plenty to go at , do we ever learn that we have to try and win every game matter who against ,because we all know that run of losses is just around the corner waiting to trip us up and set our nerves jangling .we can just as easily beat a top 4 club as lose to a basement club ,there seems to be no rhyme or reason for this annual phenomenon.
Let’s hope sooner rather than later the lads decide to put a game together or better still a run of wins and get everyone deciding then when the next slump will come
