Let’s look at a few actual facts on this

WP publicly stated that 6 players had not been vaccinated , tanginoa fifita miller minns have all mysteriously been injured in training dropped or just not been picked.

Now I am only speculating but it’s one heck of a coincidence that we have 5 players that you would have expected to play aren’t

Does it follow that it’s easier to drop minns and Kip to reserves and give miller and fifita week off due to minor injuries than to break any confidentiality - aspect it does

So guess Kt what by feature against saints as he needs a confidence building run out in reserves -

Where have you lot been regarding kershaw one saying he'd play him against catalan gunna be very difficult with an ACL injury some asking if he still plays for us he signed a new contract end of last season and to the one who said he would have kept senior instead are you for real

kershaw was excellent last season for us wish he was fit he's great at running the ball back and so hard to tackle very strong runner

He certainly improved towards the end of the season. Bombed a few tries and some silly offloads early on, but got better throughout the year.

He would be in the starting 13 for me if it wasn't for that awful injury.

From my armchair coaching position the old saying (get back on the horse) is in my opinion very relevant to kelepi ,if he lost his mojo .It’s quite obvious what’s going on without stating the obvious , and I’m sure I’ll be seeing him running out against saints next Fri ,along with the COVID six all returning . I fully understand willie’s take on the circumstances that he has found himself in ,and until France’s status changes it will be something most, if not all clubs will be going through this season . Going to be a lot of first team players losing their mojo’s and running out in the reserves if our team is anything to go by ,and the poor old book of excuses is going to be exhausted by the end .

I don't read/listen to the coach's interviews so I may be wrong here, apologies in advance if I am but Wasn't it Mr Carter that publicly stated we have 6 unvaccinated players and not Poching, if you believe that the coach is covering up for those players does it hurt to just accept you know different and let it be put to bed, that way there's no recriminations all round, no point causing embarrassment and resentment just so some fans who want to prove a point can say I knew it, maybe try putting yourself in the coach's position.

They're either injured, dropped or unvaccinated, ultimately, for whatever reason they're unavailable. Does it really matter why?

To be fair though, if you've been 'dropped' then you are available to be selected, but obviously that's up to the coach isn't it. That is of course if Tanginoa isn't one of the six, then he's unavailable, then he can't be picked can he?! But we don't know for sure, hence the speculation on here, which could have been cleared up by the powers that be, but they haven't named the 6, so it makes for debate on here doesn't it?!?!

Quite a few angry men on here at the moment, a lot of hostility.

They can't name the 6 because that would be divulging personal medical information.
Also, this information could attract abuse of individuals and cause disharmony in the club.
It will cause speculation, but there's no value in it. Better just to accept the situation as it is on face value.
Often players are said to be injured when they're dropped for diplomatic reasons.

Woke up at 3 am to watch the game... and just seen that Lino is not in the team... despite the coach stating in the pre match he would definitely be playing and he’s slotted back into practice perfectly...

As a - minimal admittedly- customer the thing that turns me off anything ... is lying... seems to me that the club, the coach at all are lying to their customers... as such I’m going back to sleep!

I hope the young players do well but their ‘so called’ team mate have left them like lambs to the slaughter!

Yeah you're probably right on the personal medical info. thing, I hadn't thought about that side of it. I suppose MC and the club were in quite an awkward situation when they knew there would be players unvaccinated, who then couldn't travel to France. As you say there's always smoke and mirrors re. injuries etc......

I'm extremely proud to be a Trinity supporter after that performance, and it's hard not to say 'same team again,' but some players must come back in. That said a place has to be found for Walker and he didn't look out of place at SO.

Yep...Walker at 6, Lino (if fit) at 7 and Bowes to 9 to replace the injured Hood. Miller needs to earn his place back.
