That's what I keep trying to point out. Everyone keeps claiming he's a half back, yet the four (at least) who are most in a position to know, don't. I think you have to be incredibly arrogant to at least not take their opinions seriously. They clearly see something we don't, myself included. Its alright Mopsey getting hot under the collar every time this is mentioned but it's there for everyone to see, they can't all be wrong whilst all the faceless experts on here are right, I just don't buy it.

I can't see why anyone would believe tha MC and CC would cut their noses off to spite their faces, both ultimately depend on good players providing them with a future, especially Chester!

One more go, I wish we’d been able to keep him, I think we will miss him a lot and imo this may have been an error. That said the club must of had its reasons the main one being fairly obvious. If it’s any consolation I don’t rate the Wigan lad who’s going to Canberra all that much either, so luck of the draw I suppose.

As for Ryan leaving Leigh which seems to be bothering you il explain just to put your mind at rest.
Ryan was under contract at Leigh he had another year left but when the team were relegated the super league contracts became null, when Kieron Cunningham came in Ryan was offered another deal to stay at Leigh which was higher than the super league one but was never going to stop at Leigh as all the players had been extremely let down by the chairman not even paying some of them. This is why he couldn’t talk to anyone until his contact become null, Wakefield agreed a contract and he signed for them, quite what your getting at ive no idea but if it makes you feel happy.
