The reaction of the two Wakey players closest to it showed that he got it. Jowitt kicked it out in frustration and there were no complaints.

Reading the Sky Sports report on their website, it seems that Wigan were just brilliant, brave and outstanding, and Wakefield merely arrived on a coach.

The two yellows and the red for Wigan were exactly right. What he got wrong was not giving a yellow for the same thing to a Wakey player shortly before Charnley. Apart from that, he had a decent game, let it flow. There was a fairly low penalty count, IIRC.

I agree with that. I winced when he sent Charnley off for the same thing. I wouldn't grumble though, if I were you. You didn't score a single point with thirteen men on the pitch.

Sio has played a lot of minutes this season more than most as a forward. Hopefully he is used off the bench against Catalan and not burnt out.

They Lads played well and showed great team spirit and were on the verge of s unexpected but deserved win. Hopefully we move on and not let the manner of the defeat get them down. Heads up and finish the job that's everybody at the club including us fans.

I didn't realise it was compulsory to go to games. People have to make choices due to other things happening in their lives.

Maybe they didn't want to spend their evening at risk of being stood next to a sanctimonious prick.
