I like Kris Welham from Hull kr. Don't know when he is out of contract though. As for an nrl player, its always good publicity for the club and to get people throw the turnstiles when a good Aussie comes to the club. For me, the only nrl player i would like to see at Wakefield is Michael Crocker.

He would be a beast of a signing for any Sl club, very gifted ball playing forward........but lets be honest he is no Danny Sculthorpe.

its well documented that we are well down the line in talks with an NRL player...i think there will be a few that go from out halves and hookers....im lead to believed that broughy to you is a done deal, there is doubt over rooneys future at the club. if both part, thats leaves us drew, obst and latu....presuming drew plays at hooker, obst and stand off and latu off the bench, it still leaves us needing a class half back to fill broughys boots....

Robinson to be fair is a good half back, however, in SL the majority of half backs are good, but few are that cut above...Brough IS a cut above and he is one of the better ones in SL and nathan brown is a ruthless aussie coach who wont hesitate to get rid of anyone he doesnt think is good enough. Depending who Hudds sign, robinson and brough may end up the partnership there, with fulton at 13...who knows....who knows....

perhaps any resident hudds fans may have a better idea of who is in and out of favor at huddersfield with a view to team strenghthening for next season.?

Slightly off topic!
I was extremely impressed Jodie Broughton on the left wing for Hull at the weekend.

Despite a couple of costly errors, which are easily fixed with good coaching and greater experience, he had a marvellous game.

He is obviously surplus to requirements at the Rhinos and while Hull seem to have their foot in the door already he seems to be up for grabs.

He looks extremely quick, almost catching Danny Brough, he demonstrated a very high instinctive understanding of wing play which is often glaringly absent in many many wingers.

He's young and he's English and I for one would applaud the club if they chased his signature.

Yes i agree, he did cock up but also did some good work for them, young, english, and worth a shot.

I would be more than happy for the club to have a look at this player.
