Trouble is attendances are open to manipulation.
There’s been plenty of clubs on Twitter singing from the rooftops about increased attendances when they’ve had a poor season. Can see the same happening again regardless of wether they have a good season or not.

Surely with so much at stake attendances will have to be audited independently? They use barcodes for a start and even though not 100% of season tickets attend each game they should be able to accurately report numbers for the means of IMG grading?

You would like to think so.
But there’s a few clubs started making things up as they go along already!

I really don’t know what the hold up with the takeover is, but international conglomerates change hands quicker that our club!
I’m sure it’s has to be right for the club BUT if it didn’t go ahead JM would still be at the helm.
Personally I don’t have a problem with that but someone with rugby knowledge must do the recruiting!
I sincerely hope it does go ahead because if it doesn’t the future looks very bleak to me.

Well at this moment in time I would let Mr bean take over, just to get the present owners out.

Yes, we're back in division two so I guess that's a fair comment. Using a similar analogy though I guess Richardson and Glover nearly set us back to pre 1873.

Depends at what level you're talking about really. Many clubs run in the Championship on low funds

They were saying in corporate that it went through yesterday a.m., just one resignation pending and potentially dragging its feet, allegedly.

Who's "they"?
If it was announced then it's not allegedly.
If one resignation pending then it didn't go through.
If it was just gossip then we don't know any more than we did yesterday.

We don't want someone to 'fund' the club. We want someone to get the club to a point where it funds itself.
