Thought it was at 1600 this aft, it has been said don't expect an immediate report on the meeting. Aslong as it was positive that's all we can hope for.

Can't go into details, but the meeting was disappointing.

We are still in this - but it's not at all easy, in any way.

I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for all involved in the fight. I hope they are successful and if they are I hope they get the praise they deserve after so many kicks in the teeth.

There is no money to build a stadium. Why do people expect anything ? If a bit of money can be cobbled together from somewhere to build a stand on the Western Terrace I will be satisfied. The last thing I want and I think the majority would agree with me is a souless half empty new stadium by some motorway exit that is great for away supporters but rubbish for people without cars and especially people living south of the city who would need to catch two buses to get there. Great for your corporate stuff but rubbish for the ordinary supporter.

If I had a pound for every time TRB has said " I can't go in to details " I would have enough money to build my own stadium. Isn't it about time somebody spoke out and exposed the people who have made promises for their own ends and shafted the club. Do these people deserve to be protected ? These people need exposing so they can join the line of "self important men " who have let the club down step forward ... Pearman Glover and now ......?

Respect to those that keep the fight going over this long period of time and one never knows we might one day get a new stadium without one of the fans getting a big euro millions win.

So is the report in the Wakefield Express about todays meeting going to be "no progress for Wakefield Community Stadium" or was there anything positive from the meeting

said it once and I'll say it again we ought to look into a self build stand like what Fev did, they may be having pitch problems but that stand look great

I consider myself to be the ordinary supporter and I don't think it would be rubbish at all, must be just me.

I wouldn't mind the club doing a poll to see how many fans come by public transport nowadays and if one extra bus woud put many off.

Who says that it woud be a souless half empty stadum if it got built. It would be up to the club and the fans to make it what it could be.

I also wouldn't underestimate what the corperate side of things could do for the club either, as well as having on site training facilities.

Saying that IF we coud get the required money to buy back Belle Vue, sort out extra parking and renovate the whole ground, that would obviously be a massive improvement over what we already have.

You wanna swap places? Yesterday was tough, very tough. But the reason we do not act as you suggest is that, despite it being tough, we will get more from this process doing it this way!

No-one has come up with a better option. If we follow your suggestion we might have 2 weeks of fun and then we'd be fish and chip paper, and still with nothing. At least this way we still have a way forward, slow or not!
