From the whispers location, developers, organisation, size, time-frame & cost will all be made clear. Everything has been kept under lock and key because of how much hangs on this i.e our future SL status.

That is Ted's wish, but he is also wary of the requirements to let the media, and therefore the rest of the world, know what's happening.

I suspect the first announcement will be of the shareholders meeting - with little said about the stadium. I don't think they have to write to all shareholders, just announce the date initially, but there is a timescale that they are supposed to give.

It may well be that little / nothing else is said initially!
