All you have to do is wait until six months before the next round of licenses, go bust, then reform and release a press statement claiming the problems are over and you shall be moving into a new ground within 18 months. Absolutely right. Franchising is dysfunctional and devisive. Even though (against all odds) we have a license I can't convince myself the the process isn't deeply flawed.
