It's very hard to look beyond Danny Brough who as I said on a different thread gave a masterclass in halfback artistry today.

Shane Tronc was also awesome with some big drives and superb offloads with the latter being what nudged him ahead of Michael Korkidas who also had a fantastic game.

I'd like to give a special mention to Tevita Leo-Latu who despite a couple of knockons had an absolutely magnificent game in attack and defence causing Leeds all sorts of problems at the middle. Quite a few people have told him to play at number 13 and today they got their wish and he didn't disappoint us.

Got to be Broughy for me.

But i'd like to vote for the TEAM.

its got to be broughy, just showed why he's in the top 3 scrum halfs in the league,closely followed by korki who just seems to love playing for wakefield then either tronc or latu for me!,and as mentioned before i think hendo needs a mention this kid would try and run through a brick wall if you told him to!just think what bibb would be like if he had hendo's heart and desaire!.

Hendo was superb, but Brough was a class apart.
I am a believer that a half backs job is to be involved at all times, so do not usually vote for them, Brough went above and beyond today IMO.

with out the pack men the half backs wouldn't of been able to control the game as good as they did, shane tronc just shades korki and hendo, danny and ben was tremendous with room to play

You could not really vote for anybody but Brough today, although quite a few ran him close, his partner BJ springs to mind but you would expect that from the half backs being involved most of the time. For me a special mention should go to all the forwards especially Hendo who rarely gets noticed.

Gone with Brough but whilst not MoM I think we should acknowledge the graft and effort of Kevin Henderson. The guy runs his blood to water and will run through a brick wall if he is asked to do so.

DB & BJ will probably run away with it but i vote for Henderson today , never shirk work and made some sound yards at points where we just needed to play steady up ya jumper.

JD also had a fantastic captain roll and the other 13 did there bit as well

agree with mutley, every team needs the workshorse and i struggle today to pick a mom because the team performance was immense..dale morton also deserves a mention..well done all!!!!

gone for korki just over tronc. thought they both were awesome. they owned peacock and the rest of the leeds forwards . they battered them all way through. fantastic effort. hendo was superb, bj and brough showed mcguire and burrows how it is done. best tackle of the day goes to young dale morton on sinfield. great effort from them all

Morrison was immense once again. Played 80 mins in all three games so far

although the obvious is Brough and Tronc, i have gone for the unsug hero HENDO he never gets the credit he deserves, special mention for Newton we looked really dominant going forward when he was on

Brough was the stand out performer today, and totally bossed the game, the best performance from a Wakefield half back if the last 20 years. However, every player from 1 to 17, were outstanding today in my opinion.

Can't see beyond Broughy for the vote.
Korki probably next best with Tevita Leo Latu's Jekyl and Hyde performance giving him a mention too.

Although Danny will get the headlines,for my money the pack laid the foundations of the overall performance,our pack and interchanges were all excellent.The opening 15 minutes from Tronc and Korkidas was very good.

So,ive gone for Tronc.

I take part in this every week, but feel it is so hard on others in the team, especially after a performance like that, because it is a team, game, and there is no 'me' in 'side', (or some such thing).
Have gone for Danny, but it has to be John Kear.

having seen the stats, tronc, with his and korkis go forward they maded danny b the space to put in an awesome performance.

I do know, at times, there is no 'f' in 'cod'.

Hell that's one hell of a call but i am now doubting what you are saying.

Thought the props layed a solid platform for the half backs to get going.
