We really don't have time on our hands re getting a pay off for Danny,the pay off we get will be a simple equation i'd guess.Time left on Dannys contract ,8 months of 12 months (at the beginning of this season)so 2/3's left,X's a months pay,assuming he's on £90,000 that would equate to £60,000 we'd get for him,every month it stalls that will be reduced until we get to the end of his contract,he goes and we get no pay off!I'd say if we have to cash in then time is of the essence.

You have to factor in to that the value to us, regardless of contract money
and the potential value if we let other clubs bid for him too. That is why Hudds get to pay more to have first crack!

Just about sums you up that squire along with your mate old wadski that put it on, contemptable. confuses me like hell! could we keep this to facts now please, is broughy going or not? will the shudds pay or not? if not, keep him for the rest of the season or let him go to somebody who is going to pay for his services this season..or is there another reason why sudds are going to need a half back? makes a mockery of the rumours last year of broughy and drew hating each other doesn't it ? and you all know who you are that raised that little one !
