So just on the press release that PT says wasn't necessary and wasn't catalysed by anyone lying about the rent for the East Stand, if you think that information has been thin on the ground up to date, well it will be non existent for the next 4 weeks as they do some serious DD. There will be information and financial embargoes galore - unless expressly agreed by The Board / Ellis Consortium.

So that's 4 more weeks worth of arguments on here then. At least.

According to the examiner it’s in the closing stages of the deal , and all this hear say and nonsense about carter and Minards holding things up with demands is rubbish and heads of terms have been agreed ( whatever that means )

Heads of terms is effectively a requirements document from both sides.

Like they've both said what they want and what the require from other party, then the due diligence kinda proves whether each can back up what they say they can do.

It's an agreement in principle, if nothing crops up in the due diligence period to affect the deal then it will go through as agreed.

1) I posted what I heard on 1 platform, not 'several' - Facebook. It gained traction on here by other posters bringing it up, and even 1 particular Mod (Poptart) repeatedly bringing it up.

2) I posted this on the 21st May 2023, he did one interview on the 24th May with 13rugby - why did he not address these so called malicious rumours then? Why wait until 3 weeks after they appeared on FB to now address them? Maybe the landscape changed and the prospective new owner told him to pull the other one when he tried to pull that trick on them.

If you’re looking to buy a RL club we have more potential than most other clubs. IMG may make it easier to invest, you know what needs doing to achieve grade A status.

You don't believe anyone, you contradict everyone, you defend the club and Carter when it's plain to see the club is basically trashed. The recruitment and retention is diabolical leading to the clubs name being put through the ringer as the worst in sl history. A ceo and chairman who supposedly have the best interests of the club at heart but won't replace a struggling coach, running to the fans with the begging bowl out when it suits. No team, no money in debt, fans divided, what a legacy he leaves, what a shambles but you'll still want a week in mourning when he goes. Anyone with half a brain cell can see what's going on

The previous owners hardly left us in a good place either, just hope the new owners bring some stability to be able to compete.

I agree recruitment wasn't good. We should have got a 6. Overseas recruitment quite bad with Proctor and Atoni.

I've said many times I don't know Carter. I'm not going to cry when he leaves, but equally I can see that he's done a lot of good at the club.....as I'm not blinded by hate.

And there are lots of people on here I agree with but not on everything. I think that's the point of the forum.

What I don't agree with, is people making up quite damaging 'facts' and posting them, for no benefit but to stir up trouble.
If you call me out on something and you are right, I always apologise and retract it. As Mr Voakes can confirm.

So my only agenda is to fact check 'facts'. I'm not going to blindly believe you or anyone else if you say something controversial. I'm going to ask questions. If you can answer them I'll probably believe you.
But on the things I (and others) have challenged you on, about the takeover, and how Carter has done things to make it worse, I have no answers that stand up......so I don't believe you.

I have nothing to apologise for, I can hold my head high knowing I've done my bit to help save our club, can you say the same, no I guess not, as for Carter doing good at the club maybe he as maybe he hasn't but that's in the past and this is now and it's a complete mess, we could be down in a few week
